As an "elder" in her mid-40s, I have to say that you've done a great job including everything I wish I had known in my 20s. I can just share this link with my teens! I did heed some of the advice (thank goodness I chose a great partner and aggressively saved while younger), but it's wonderful to see some other lessons I learned the hard way listed here all in one place.
