No, I was over 18 and an adult can be held liable for any contracts she signs without proof of "undue influence." Since I hired my own attorney, she ensured my rights were protected.

I recall hearing of cases where the prenup was signed under tremendous pressure (e.g., on the wedding day and the bride didn't have an attorney). I would certainly argue that kind of prenup should not be enforceable!
