Thank you for sharing your story. It made me reflect on my own experience. I, too, was a formula-fed baby and my mom also said it was because she didn't have enough milk. It made me nervous I wouldn't be able to produce enough for my kids and I also practically killed myself to nurse them, waking up every 2 hours to nurse even after returning to work full-time because my babies both reverse-cycled and refused the pumped breast milk at daycare.

I wish I hadn't tortured myself so much to prove I was a devoted mom. As you said, fed is best.
