Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Nick. I actually don't see my words as a contradiction. Speaking, talking, and eating quickly doesn't mean I'm a bully who pressures and rushes my team. I can still gently nudge folks by asking the group to identify project goals, delivery dates, etc.

As for your second point, I am very goal-oriented, that's part of being Type A (and maybe being ESTJ?), so yes, achieving a "Top Writer" rank does have meaning to me. I don't need the money (this is NOT a "side hustle" for me) but I love the engagement and recognition.
