I am happy to report my boss agreed to my request to work 2 days in the office! As my husband pointed out, I just had to ask. I think I feared it would be too much and it wasn’t a big deal at all. I’m glad she mentioned the junior colleague’s request, as I never would have asked if I thought I was the only one asking for an exception!
