These are such thoughful and challening questions, Kerala. I agree that much of what I've read about the shift to full-time remote work has focused on the huge advantages. I think I made the mistake of assuming extroverts faced the greatest costs, as I hadn't thought about the loss of place and connections to a local community. Nicely written!
