Toni, I admire you so much and I love how you handled this arrogant man. Reading your stories gives me so much insight on what it takes to make it in a male-dominated profit-oriented workplace. As someone who's almost always worked in the public sector in women-dominated offices where have a values-driven mission, I am pretty certain I would have been stressed all the time dealing with so many confrontations. Thank you for blazing trails for other women (especially BIPOC women) to serve as leaders in what sound like pretty hostile conditions.
