Wow, that flight attendant was incredibly aggressive and rude to you and yet so kind and solicitous of the older man who CAUSED the incident! I thought for sure she would immediately find some wet towels or something to help you clean up.

I'm also shocked she was so dismissive of your need for help, remarking "Oh he'll be okay." Did she assume that you'd happily sit in hot spaghetti for the remainder of the flight?

I think this is worth mentioning to the airline. Even if she had a bad day, even if she has previously been yelled at by other passengers, it's unreasonable for her to take it out on other unrelated passengers.
